loserline49why are the teams called 'Boston' and 'Philly' when almost everyone on it is not only not in those states but not even from the united states? just call them normal team names

I'm pretty sure the way this league is done is to make it similar to physical sports to increase viewership from people who aren't necessarily into the game (ESPN). This makes it way more like sports where players are bought by a team (how many of Manchester United's players come from Manchester?). It's also probably so that one region doesn't dominate in the league.
