Recording or streaming? Just making sure.

The RAM is probably DDR3 or older. If it's in multiple sticks then it's not worth the trouble and even a 1x4GB is <20$ so it's not really worth the trouble (most new mobos use DDR4).

I'll see what I can do later today or tomorrow.

Get 2x4GB not 1x8GB, also you selected the 2TB version of the HDD by accident.
Yes the prices is lower because it doesn't include sales tax.
Rough estimate 1.1$/€ but 20% sales taxes means ~10% higher prices in Europe.
So a bit under 1100$ ~ a bit over 1200€ is completely normal.

No, the monitor is not better.
What do you want though? 120/144Hz I guess, but what about size, resolution, panel type* and G-/FreeSync?
*IPS or TN. Basically TN = bad colours, bad viewing angles, cheap, fast (easy to get >120Hz)
IPS = good colours and viewing angles, expensive, slow (144Hz is very expensive)
So 144Hz isn't really possible it's more about the choice between 60Hz IPS and 144Hz TN, but I wanted you to know about all options.
There's also VA which is somewhere between TN and IPS but fairly rare so I wouldn't go looking for it specifically.

#1775
Do you want an HDD or an SSD? Because even now you can't really afford a 1050 without compromising the rest of the build so with an HDD as well there's really no way.

GPU encoding has been standard for a while so any GPU will have it, but the quality is definitely lower than with CPU encoding. Don't expect your stream to look great.

1050 is ok, but you'd need about 10-20$ higher budget.
1050 Ti is the one that's somewhere in no man's land. If you're trying to safe money the 1050 is not much slower and significantly cheaper, if you want performance the RX 470 is way faster and not much more expensive.

Seagate Barracuda is a bit cheaper and faster.
CX450M is the same price and far better.
Go for a mobo that's not quite as low end (at least 4 RAM slots) e.g. ASRock B150M Pro4V or Gigabyte GA-B150M-D3H and just 8GB RAM instead.

Tried different RAM?

I'm not sure how much faith you have in the mobo repair.
Either the mobo is still having issues or it's the CPU.

Ok, I'll have to postpone the other build though, exhausted from too much gaming. Fuck preseason playoffs.

Should be good enough for 120fps.

#1770
Mobo should be fine, not sure how many SATA cables but there should be some.
The i7 does come with a cooler.

Which 1070 depends on how much you're willing to spend.
http://www.prisjakt.nu/kategori.php?k=v2557&o=produkt_pris_inkmoms#prodlista
Forget those with only 1 fan.
Then the first group until ~4400 is very similar, I'd go with the Palit GameRock though.
The next group from 4600 to 4800 is very close again so I'd go with the Gigabyte G1 because it's the cheapest.

Theoretically you should get 30% more fps. The problem is that my data is based on actual quadcores and the Q9550 is just 2 dualcores bolted onto one package so things might get weird. I'd expect it to be less than 30%.
Overclocking would be better if you can do that because depending on cooling, mobo and how much time you're willing to spend on it you can get a 30-50% overclock.

#1765
There was no wifi unexpectedly so the "7:00 on the road build" didn't happen.

Also I should not find "Datorminnen" as funny as I do.
Skrivhastighet is a close second.

CPU: i7-6700
Mobo: B150M Bazooka
RAM: 2x8GB 2133 MHz CL15
SSD: 850 Evo 250GB
HDD: 1TB Seagate Barracuda
Case: Cooler Master N200
PSU: Corsair CX450M
ODD: Lite-On iHas 124
Always including shipping that was 7495 SEK.

Now assuming 1200 for Windows 10 and 4400 for a GTX 1070 we'd be at 13100 SEK.
I don't think I can make the i7 happen.

#1766
I was willing to hazard a guess, Turkish Lira or Syrian Pound seemed unlikely enough.

Rough idea, assuming you're fine with just 250GB for now:

Yes, wireless without a wireless adapter is quite difficult so I'd recommend you get one.
I need more information though, what does your router support? No point in paying for an ac adapter if you're stuck on g.

The build tomorrow, I'm done for today.

Change of plans, I'll do it tomorrow morning. Official took about an hour more of my time than I expected and I'd rather do this properly than rush it.

rezgarOk I have no idea what those keyboards are that you mentioned, kind of lost on how to proceed on that lol.

I can't really do more than write the model names. If you already knew all keyboards in existence you wouldn't need my help, right?

#1762

rezgarOh and also, could you recommend me a good keyboard for gaming (red switches)unfyou should read up on which switches would suit you best though, as there are several different color ones (mx red for example)

I want to do this thoroughly and actually compare prices, but that takes time and will have to wait until tomorrow.
At first glance I'd say the 212 Evo is unnecessary and a CX450M would also be sufficient. Rest looks good.

Entry level keyboard with Cherry MX Red would be the Cooler Master Storm Quickfire Rapid. Or TK instead of Rapid if you want a backlit one. Or XT if you want a numpad.

-stock cooler is fine
-PSU

1. It should run slower automatically, that's not a problem. Also what Intel officially supports on the B150 chipset (2133MHz) and what the manufacturers end up supporting on their mobos can be different things.
2. Depending on the settings not much in TF2. Overwatch will probably take a significant hit though.
3. Keep in mind that the 1060 3GB and 1060 6GB are actually different GPUs. Welcome to nVidia marketing.
At this point most would say that for maxing out the settings on 1080p in AAA games 2 GB isn't enough anymore and 4 GB is enough right now but might not be anymore in a few years. 3 GB is in the no man's land between them. So yeah, if you want to do that 6/8 GB is probably a better idea.

EDIT2:

I just assumed no overclocking since you shouldn't need it.

FYI:

http://www.techspot.com/articles-info/1198/bench/Overwatch_01.png

113 fps minimum. That's on Ultra, not Low.

http://www.techspot.com/articles-info/1180/bench/CPU_01.png

i5-6600 should be slightly better than the i5-4690k

I think consistent 120 fps on Low should be doable with this. ;-)

#1755
I have absolutely not idea what is going on.
Some context please?
What's the quote doing there?
What is that list supposed to be?

#1756
Also a cooler since the i5-6600K doesn't come with one.
And a case.
And a mobo.
And a PSU.

Talked to him on Steam and decided to bump up the budget a bit to get a discrete GPU and a good CPU for Adobe Premiere etc..

CPU: i5-6500
RAM: 2x4GB 2400 MHz CL15
Mobo: GA-B150M-D3H
GPU: RX 460
PSU: CX450M
Case: N200
Total ~560€

#1751
Are you actually in China or somewhere else? If it's not on pcpartpicker then I'll need either a link to a price comparision site or to a shop (or multiple shops).

120 fps in Overwatch on what settings and resolution? 720p Low 120 fps is quite different in terms of hardware requirements from 4K Epic.

Kaby Lake is identical to Skylake except for the GPU, which you don't care about probably.
So the i7-7700K (4.2 GHz base) will probably perform exactly like an i7-6700K (4.0 GHz base) at the same clockrates. They're supposed to overclock higher though, definitely a good thing for you, I assume you thought about the 6700K becaue you wanted to overclock.
Prices should be almost the same anyway so there's literally no point in buying Skylake anymore once the Kaby Lake Desktop CPUs are released, slightly higher clockrates = slightly better performance for around the same price.
