New update broke mge?

So I just went into a mge server and first thing I noticed was that I couldn't cycle through spectates. I joined up on a random arena and then tried removing myself. But text appeared in as "SPEC" and simply didn't work. I then joined up on spire which had according the the menu only 1 player on it. But that wasn't the case, two players were already there, so we were 2 red and one blu. Weirdest part is that the red players could shoot each other. And one of the players invincible for me.

Talking with friends of mine they seemed to have similar experiences.

"You chose arena Badlands spire.
Racs joins arena Badlands spire.
*SPEC* Racs : !remove"

Tried this on 5 different servers. So any ideas what might be happening?

Yeah, my server is broken too...

RacsoAnd one of the players invincible for me.

when you are in an arena and type !remove it gives you 700-something hp and nothing hurts you.

I've just realised that they tried to introduce matchmaking and now they're just adjusting the casual gamemode again to make that as enjoyable an experience as possible and they didn't actually do anything to help matchmaking this update

Yeah, basically this. Give it a few days/weeks for an update to be released, and it should be as good as new.
SM is weird with updates. Some are fast, some take a long ass time. Usually fast though.

I've found the same thing. I normally just add to an empty map, then wait a couple second and remove. Tends to work. If you remove straight away you become that immortal thing (in which case just add and remove until it works).

If you become the immortal shit, you could just pick an empty map and then type spectate in console like Trizzaa said.

my friends and i seem to be experience insane jittering of entities and vmods in mge or maybe its just 1 server but in general something is always fucky with MGE generally FPS
