I thought 4-25 would be too, but they may have changed too many players to be guaranteed a spot in Prem?

We could run our own mini-playoff before the tournament begins on Sunday?
The other 7 prem teams could vote?
The public could vote?
We could random select one team?

The current solution I am working toward is to start the main cup an hour later at 16:00CEST and run a round robin between the three prospective teams from 14:00CEST. Just trying to confirm with all teams if it is possible.
