I´m hyped to see herr_p and smirre actively competing in TF2. Now more than ever they should be able to challenge the top! :)

Don´t get too real here. This is a romantic goodbye to a very special and talented player written in a very romantic time of TF2. The comparison to 2014/15 is irrelevant as starkie already back then was one of the best players and only his teams ( teammates) were not if I remember correctly. Starkie had a very deep understanding of the games mechanics in terms of strategic knowledge and mechanical skills. This in combination with his sick dm abilities made him always shine and stand out in his teams even when he played with the most dm heavy and therefore "popular cause MOG-plays" players arround him up until his last day These balance skillsets made him the best player for me personally atleast in the past 3 years - maybe even further back but I won´t admit that! I complete understand him slowly losing interest in this game and I appreciate him putting in the hours he did to raise the bar! It always bothered me winning premireship (for real) only once against a team that was not full of starkies or players of his calibre ( it honestly means nothing to me for that reason). The only thing that I think is a bit far fetched in the article is the epsilon legacy being at risk cause I believe that the individual skilllevel of players has increased over the past years but the overall quality of games or team depth has decreased. Please take my last comment with a grain of salt as I am very out of the loop with the current meta and happenings and I mainly form my opinions from occasionally watching a few games!

I don´t know what your future goals are but if you are not too occupied with studies or real life you should srsly go and cash out on that other game that is fairly popular these days. Good luck

I haven´t really been following the competitive TF2 scene that actively for a long time now but I am curious wether coaching is still a thing that exists. I`m currently watching the RewindLAN and started to be curious if coaching is still permitted by the leagues and events as I faintly recall a ruleset change in the ETF2L( or iseries?). If this question was already asked/answered a hundred times I apologize for wasting your time !
Enjoying this LAN a lot so shoutouts to the production team and the people supporting at the venue :D

That´s correct. This "org" is in no way shape or form a professional organisation that will back up your team if you just play under their banner. It´s a community run by a dubios twofaced person that for some reason managed to create some sort of legendary status for his "org" within the TF2 community on the back of the original crackclan lineup with the jews years back. You will be presented with a "selfsustaining business plan" for your team - essentially meaning you have to create your own revenue and exposure but for the crackclan brand to fund yourself to tournaments. At this point you could make your own fantasy org and brand that project out. Ive created tons of videos and streams for this org only to have my team pay for every expense they had to face going to an Iseries on their own and the CEO of CRACKCLAN ( LUL ) going MIA just at the right time before LAN.It´s a scam and I wish you people would stop glorifying this situation. We never really spoke publicly about it cause at the time this shit was going down we were in talks with other organisations - and bashing the one you are just leaving wouldnt have looked too good.

That is very true. I came to realize that all that really matters is just that you control your cal intake. I also think that a keto diet just helps people to come "clean" in the sense of really having to let go of all those sugary things like soda. It forces a bit of dicipline on you and you can take it on from there! I had people in my gym doing keto diets in which they don´t consume things like tomatos or apples as they have a lot of natural sugar - I think thats completely besides the point of the diet and just stupid.

Overall keto just helped me personally to change my mindset towards nutrition and to became more aware of what I eat. If anyone plans to lose weight I would also suggest to contact your doctor - there is no shame in that and it helped me greatly in getting in progress fast. Just have someone that knows his shit watch you diet and work out otherwise you can get lost in tons of diets and tipps&tricks on the internet

I lost 52kg being on a ketogenic diet and starting to work out/ lifting . Whilst carbs aren´t the enemy we consume way too much of them on a daily basis considering they are in literally every product you would "normally" eat. Being abit more aware of what you eat and regulating your carb intake can´t harm .I would want to emphasise the point that I had my best results in weight loss and getting more muscular when I combined my diet with heavy excersising - I don´t see the point in only dieting for years.

Makes no sense and I doubt you watched the VOD as this game started and should have been played was it not for one players decision to let his ego kick in. If you know you depend on a gentlemens agreement to allow you using this higher fov that would only would lead to potencial disadvantages for your opponent why would you assume you will be allowed to do that. Let me tell you why. Cause your not thinking this through rationally you just feel entitled to it and thats ego :D and in this case ego is the enemy. My teams actions can´t really be blamed considering this clientside Plugin to enhace your fov was soon after banned by Valve and people then got banned for using it ( Hi thalash :> )

I really hope you are not one of those guys posting in forums "why this game isnt going anywhere" or "what can we do to grow the competitive scene" when an even playing field for everyone is the first step to create a good competitive game where there arent some peeps with higher fovs and some with glowing playermodels or no borders when zooming and all the other shenanigans you kids can come up with! Just my 2 cent
