What problems do you find are common or persistent with your medics nowadays?

Personally, I call way too much and lose focus when I call or in the heat of battle amongst other things

Either baiting too hard or simply being out of position. There's a sweet spot somewhere which everyone should be aiming for.

Baiting and pussy popping. I'd rather my med drop than pussy pop.

healing other players in pubs, not wearing the unusuals i gifted, talking more in the team mumble during scrims than our private discord call, forgetting to coordinate aliases, sadly the list goes on...

sadly many low-mid level medics think that just because they dont play a fragging class they get a free pass to having bad mechanics and dont try and improve their aim/movement

Medics don't get sick needle frags anymore. I haven't seen any in literally a decade.

as a medic i notice that a lot of meds (including myself 100%) don't respect the gamestate properly especially when they're meant to play passive and back-up due to disadvantage then get swept by the other team when they can't leave in a timely manner

a lot of lower-levels meds will stare at the ground or at their teammates when they really should be looking upwards for bombs. another problem is meds who have learned to look upwards a lot forgetting to keep track of stickies on the ground during fights.

some medics will always arrow if it's asked for, even when it messes up the flow of a teamfight. one of the things that separates truly good medics from the rest are the meds who know when to say "I can't arrow you" or "go get a pack."

as a soldier player i will actually love you forever if you just tell me to get a pack instead of leaving me standing still to die
