wow, i had a conversation with my bisexual female friend about this, she wasn't talking today but in essence i was questioning the need for silence over something like a petition of some sort, the answers she gave me were that this "silence" is self spreading and that thousands of people are participating, but what if you got all those people to have a petition signed and taking a step in the right direction by mailing in your list of signature's, how can obama look the other way on gay rights issues if he is faced with a textbook size petition with so many supporters? Her argument against a petition is that the Silence draws attention to the cause, but so does a petition and formal well organized petitions are much more powerful then handful of kids seperatly protesting by not talking.

lol, giving our own opinions is what gets us down fragged...removing down frags wouldn't do anything except make those down fraggers post that they disagree with what a person says. The useful purpose of the -/+ frag system is getting rid of needless posts disagreeing with another person's point of view. Imagine if we had to post a comment on facebook for every status we liked :P

I mean even putting in the 1 season rule is pretty shady, I got an idea from dota 2 in-house groups, they have already approved players vouch for players and that is how people get in. Maybe we could count a season of open as 1 vouch and then an existing coach could vouch for them... If we ask nicely enigma might put a section of the forums dedicated to approving coaches, similar to the stream list.

the problem here is that some people would just let friends in, getting a few people that are in close contact with the community could probably approve and disapprove coaches. Though the judges should be kept anonymous so they don't offend anybody.

the problem with DDoS vs DoS is that there is very little you can do to protect yourself against DDoS, DoS is easy to stop because you simply set up your router to block an ip that sends X amount of packets in a certain time, usualy alot. DDoS however is sent from multiple ip's, and as long as the DDoSer has more available bandwidth then you do then you're screwed. Although like marxist said, if there is definitive evidence we can gather from these people then yes it is a felony.
