SSD won't show up in BIOS

Just because it doesn't show in the BIOS doesn't always mean it isn't fine. Try plugging it into another computer and seeing if it's recognized before you call it dead.

Windows 10 increases input lag ?

ScrewballRunning anything in windowed mode with DWM enabled causes input lag.
You cannot disable DWM on Windows 10/8.1/8.
If you are not running the classic theme on windows Vista/7 you have DWM enabled.
The Aero Basic theme on Vista/7 also disables DWM.
eeeyou can also increase alt-tab speed by giving tf2 all of core 0 and putting everything else on 1-3

This mod doesn't support Linux because TF2 for Linux doesn't include a compatible version of studiomdl, which probably wouldn't work in WINE. There's literally nothing I could do to support Linux, even if it was feasible for me.
As for why an outputted VPK doesn't work with some HUDs, sorry, no clue. It should work with all HUDs because it doesn't change anything that a HUD would change.
