he doesn't really explain why it feels smoother. are there like any commands that make the game not-smooth in fps configs?

has any1 actually noticed how much smoother tf2 feels with this command in launch options? aside from terrible interp when it comes to projectiles and backstabs. the game feels so smooth and default interp is actually amazing for hitscan aswell.
why is that? why does the game feel smoother with default settings than with fps configs?

yo, ive recently switched to dx9 and im kind of annoyed by the fog that seems to appear a lot. are there any commands that can get rid of it?
also, what are the commands that can make player models and other objects appear more clearly from longer distances?
