keep practicing. don't ever stop. you may not see improvement but it most likely is happening. i play guitar i know it can be frustrating but there really are no shortcuts other than practice and determination

NoobKi've had this problem while using HDR. So you might try setting mat_hdr_level to 0.

sometimes when i die my screen will get a weird pink filter, like someone colored it with a highlighter. whenever this happens, mat_viewportscale also functions differently, idk why.

Will we ever really know how make smoke blocky though?
+mat_showlowresimage 1 makes smoke blocky but it also makes every texture black and crashes your game, so maybe there's a workaround
