You can 100% do more on windows than an ipad, apple's phone os is absolute garbage. Their mac os is a lot better than the phone one but doesn't support touch screens so wouldn't be good for drawing. I'd recommend the samsung flex.

you can also check this in game (as long as it's not on a prop), just look at the texture and type 'mat_crosshair'

So if it's from 2018, why is it actually not from 2018 and instead from prior to october 2017's jungle inferno update? You can look briefly through it and you may notice this for yourself. Just because whichever idiot zipped up the files did so in 2018 doesn't make it 2018 tf2.

Out of curiosity, what did you use to create the zip file for the download? It has backslashes instead of forward, never seen a zip file like that before.
