taighaThis has been happening to me too! How long has it been happening for you? What router do you have? I am on wireless and I seem to get the same exact lag when other people are using laptops over my router.
half a year and my router is a "NETGEAR CG3000".

Who is on wifi and who is on wired?
A workstation is on wired and my sisters laptop is on wireless. what i meant is that i only lag if an other wireless i think (802.11) connection is on my internet.
PS: anybody know how to setup a QoS with a NETGEAR CG3000 router? i dont see the option anywhere or am i missing something?

Well, you have to.
That´s gonna be a last resort sorry cause my last router failed me half a year ago.
btw:
I read somewhere that i could try to setup a QoS for my pc. Tho i just don't see that option when i log onto my router with 192.168.0.1 i could screenshot if anyone wants to take a look at it.

Well how do i explain...
If its only me and a wired connecting on my wifi i dont lag. But as soon as my fx. sisters laptop connects to my wifi. My game starts laggin like crazy. its kinda hard to explain so ill leave you with a demo of my issue with a screenshot of net_graph 4.
