what do you do to relieve wrist pain from TF2?

I am literally experiencing a very similar thing right now.
The one thing that has really alleviated the pain is making sure my wrist and forearm is at an even angle with the desk while playing (i.e. lower your chair) and also using my shoulder for bigger movements has helped as well.
Also play less and possibly get a wrist brace as klanana suggested.

Milk is good for what it is, a decent source of protein carbs and fats.
