Best sub $100 headset?

After using my same turtle beach x11's for 3 years, they finally broke.
So now, I'm looking for an actually decent headset (Sub 100), and I'm learning towards the Steelseries Siberia v2 or the Logitech G35. However, I've heard problems about both.
Is it just people bitching, or are they really bad? Plus, is there just some superior sub 100 headset I've never heard of? Sorta need help.
