Sorry if it sounds like I'm interrogating you, but what kind of tournaments are you doing? TF2 has a lot of different "competitive" formats, so it's not clear yet what you're proposing.

It's always good to get more people involved in TF2 esports, but I'm not 100% sure what it is. Do you run tournaments or just cast them? What do you do differently than what's already there? What jobs do people do if they volunteer?
