How powerful does a computer have to be to run a TF2 server for 12 players with no hiccups?
Would a raspberry pi or an old dual core be good enough?
Would it run better in linux or windows?

also got banned from creating lobbies once despite not breaking any rules, and when i complained that there was no rule against my lobbies they said i was trying to "circumvent" the rules wich wasnt allowed
