Ive changed router and now i cant forward my ports properly for my website and tf2 server

Could anybody explain why i cant open those ports with these options? ive tried several ways but its all fruitless, im starting to think my ISP might have something blocking my ports. i had the exact same router before they changed it and the options were exactly the way pictured in the screenshot too and it worked fine.Best regards

i thought the "toxicity" bans were restricted to officials
this all seems like just a ball of shit that got bigger and bigger as people got more heated up and emotional
please specifiy in the rules that players can be banned for anything they say out of the game :\
