What's your strangest excuse for losing a match

back in my first season of ugc our medic had literally dial up internet (not just slow internet, ACTUALLY dial up) and had to go to his university library and rent out a room to play matches. any time he didnt get a room he would either play in complete silence or on his home internet. didnt win that many matches that season.
also related: in season 28 i told my team a couple days in advance that i couldnt play a metalworks match because i was having a girl over that i was interested in at the time. last minute someone messages me that they couldnt find anyone to play, so i fucking played a tf2 match, comms and all, in front of said girl. we ended up winning 5-0 at the (cost of my pride) but at least i hit a cool clip.
