I'm looking right now and I don't see it but I swear it was there before
Some graphic settings are there in the options but they are still forced when you play matchmaking

Apparently you can use fps config in MM if you reconnect to the match after "crashing" or "timing out" ;),

Damn, I liked the look of bad graphics TF2, though I guess I'm probably in the minority.
Also, the Casual MM is BIG. I've had several friends quit tf2 early on bc they get wrecked by pub stompers all day and they get frustrated by it. Matching newbies with other newbies will make the beginning experience much less frustrating
