My NFO server was still down this morning. Asked support and they told me SRCTV was causing it to stay down. So, I updated my SRCTV to get my server back up.

The rule is that you can only have 2 out of region players.
There is no all Peruvian team playing right now.
PERUTECH only has 2 players from SA. The rest of their team lives in NA.
