If this is just the players in question in the last stages of a fight then tanking your scout fighting is the best choice so he is more likely to live for a push out.
I honestly think it doesn't really matter though because if you guys lose a 1v1 turned 2v1 while having heal advantage the entire time just because of half a second of incorrect healing I think ur probably just significantly worse than the single scout who styled on both of ur scouts.
