Not to 100% assume conspiracy shenanigans are afoot, because sheer incompetence is still the most likely outcome when dealing with the DNC, but I’m hearing weird things about the company that made the app (who are literally called Shadow), and their ties to the Buttigieg campaign as well as both former Obama and Clinton staffers
