Need help finding a new monitor

i bought this a few weeks ago and it's really nice. if there's a reason it's so cheap i haven't found it yet
rumors of it having terrible input lag.. i haven't used a different 120/144hz monitor to realize the input lag difference but i mean i got it as a gift (basically) by techdude so i wont be replacing it until it actually breaks.
Also there are times that only half the screen shows sometimes with the monitor very annoying it has happened 3 times now that i've owned it and it's been a full year i believe if not a little bit more.
