Ive quit a few times for a few months at a clip but would use bullshit excuses to start again. Biggest hurdle is the mental aspect. Understand youre not giving anything up, its not a sacrifice to quit smoking. Takes 3 days for the nicotine to clear out of your body so after that its all a mind game. Just remember youre not giving up smoking youre stopping a destructive addiciton.
Would also recommend downloading one of those free apps that shows you how much $ youve saved, time added to life, and cigarettes not smoked. Could be good motivation to keep going
