I know everything comes with efforts and i'm not looking to get better instantly at this game, but I practice daily for about 15-45 mins on mge or dm and I don't see any improvements
What am I doing wrong?

I'd be grateful for life if someone does this for me.
I've installed the toonhud crosshairs (http://prntscr.com/e98vqw) on m0rehud and I wanna use that thin cross with an outline but i'm unable to center it neither on X-pos or Y-pos and I tried almost every tall/width values and it's still a little to the side
