I still think ed has a lot of untapped potential and he really shouldn't have to make an lft to find a team instantly lol hes a top invite scout in my opinion. A lot of people give him grief for "bad" decision making but I think if he can get a team that just trusts his decisions and goes with it there is alot to be said about the insane play making ability there.

This really hasn't been true for a while now, the past few years invite (besides RGL Season 1 and dylans team last season) has def represented the best teams in the region.

This would make a lot of sense if it were true, 6th-9th got the exact same amount of prize money last season despite there being a pretty sizable gap between the teams in each spot.

Scout buff aside, I've been playing medic through every iteration of competitive TF2 and I can safely say that the speed buff for medics greatly lowered the skill ceiling of the class and how to manage ubers and when to use them. end of story.

I think removing that tether speed will be a really refreshing reset

EDIT: Id also like to add that It is a little silly to suggest that this needs testing lol compounded with the bug fixes this just brings TF2 back to one of its more popular states and the game was played just fine back then. Realistically if the majority of people don't like it, you remove it from the league the following season. Not everything in the game needs extensive (mostly private and pretty bias) testing, regardless of your opinion on it everyone will still be playing the same version of the game so it really shouldn't impact your level as a team.

Can't say enough good things about all of these guys, Im sad I won't be able to play with them anymore!

Great team atmosphere and fun banter, always been able to think critically with this group without people taking things (too) personally and just keep moving forward, last season was an insane step up for them and I predict it will keep going on an upward trend.

Additionally, I really think edward prolly hasn't gotten the recognition he deserves as an absolutely force in invite on scout, his improvement over the last 2 seasons has been pretty insane to witness. overall everyone is super talented in their role and can match up with most invite teams out there individually.

I think it should be W/L > Points > H2H

Reason being is that the point system is still really good for determining tie breakers with teams of exact records, I think it’s a stronger tie breaker for that scenario than head to head given the fact head to head can sometimes be really indecisive in having the better team come out on top. If you have the same record as a team, but far more points overall from having closer matches but you happen to lose one of your games to that same team then it makes all the extra rounds you won kind of obsolete and I don’t think is very indicative of determining the better team overall.
