HUD Edit Request

Hey,
Requesting some help editing the pv medic hud.
The old HUD edit thread hasn't been posted in for a while and didn't want to necro.
If possible, I'd like to add only the circled elements (see picture below) of grape's medic hud to pvhud.

If its too hard to add the center uber % text its not necessary
I had a go at trying myself but it's beyond my reach of hud editing abilities.
If you could just show me what files/code I have to edit and what to put in rather than building a whole hud release that is fine but I'm not sure what I need due to different fonts/positioning of the huds.
