Actually guys, I did some digging and it seems a 19 year old named RandomCookie stole alfa's 24 year old e-girl e-gf. 90 percent of RandomCookie's twitter profile seems to be retweets of selfies from a much more famous e-girl, pokimane, so I assume this is some deep fantasy of e-dating playing itself out somehow.
