Any Beeping errors (you'll only hear them if there's a speaker connected to the mobo)?
can you boot into to bios/firmware setup? Does the computer hang during POST just before it goes into the setup menu?

CPU: i5 3570k stock, 852x480, 700kbps (fuck w/e going on @ encoding's "quality balance")
crf=5 me=umh deblock=2:-2 trellis=1 merange=24 bframes=16 b-adapt=1 psy-rd=0.1:0.4 aq-strength=0.5 qcomp=0.2 cplxblur=0 qblur=0 subme=9 nr=1000
imo, this is close to using the "slow" preset.

You'll have to mess around with the values for your resolution/crf value/max bitrate/cpu constraints. The example ^ is flaky. I used local recordings to get to my result, results might be different with the flash decoder though.
SetsulTaroAll I'm trying to say is you should base your choice of mouse on personal preference and not how good someone on the internet thinks it is. That said there are a lot of mice out there that are fundamentally flawed in some way (sensor, software, durability etc) but it doesn't take too much research to find out whether a mouse is broken or not. This
Some of the "shit tier" mice got placed there because of their lift off distance.
and because this poster is just a person's opinions.

DA 3.5/BE and Abyssus both share the same sensor, tracking performance, and the LOD problem, yet one is utter crap while the other is praised.

No.
How about listing some useful stuff about your computer already. Use that speccy or if your computer is a prebuilt, then the model number. Are you on XP? You're fucked.

HA!
apacI found the 1800 DA for 29 dollars new on ebay

What is the difference between this and the newer version, does the increase in dpi really matter?
that's a special korean PC Bang version, no side buttons. Very little information on the mouse.
Googled SGDQ....Tf.TV is second result :O.
Yeah, something's with the fonts in vpk..
I just leave them in a folder called /fonts/resources/ within custom.
so...
'./tf/custom/fonts/resource/[fonts here]'
If you pack into VPK's often, you can make a shortcut into the custom folder. Next time you need to pack into vpk, just click and drag into the shortcut.
....
artisan hien.
Fast and light glide, light stopping power, very low initial friction, and it's got a really nice material on the bottom to keep the pad stuck on your surface.
DrewSwap the Sennheiser 419 for The Samsun SR850 or those superlux headphones. I wouldn't buy the G400 either for it's cable problems.
Agreed.
That's.....pretty cool. :O

btw, it's host_thread_mode being set to 2 causing the problem
Set it back to 0
Bathtubjp_Do you have an OpenCL capable device? Try enabling gpu acceleration (sony).
Is it really a video or image sequence? Is it just in an avi container as uncompressed RGB? Decoding speed for uncompressed RGB is slower than using something like lagarith/UT Video.
I'll try the first one and see how it works out. It is a video, and I compressed it using virtual dub with the codec x264/H.264 (I don't know the difference between these two terms)
Are you limited in disk space? I wouldn't use x264 (especially it's vfw variant) as an intermediate format. Encode to Lagarith. Or don't encode at all and just import the image sequence.
x264 is cpu intensive to decode, it's probably exacerbated with an NLE. Though I think your resolution shouldn't cause decoding issues.
I read from google searches that sony vegas cannot work with x264 in an AVI container. It's recommended to use Virtualdub 1.10.x's external encoder (x264+NeroAcc>mp4box) or Handbreak to pack the video into compatible mpeg-4 container.

I used the Cowon s9. 50+ hrs of music.
Amazing but the j3's better.
Yeah and make sure to leave that nasty comment on the product page warning buyers that they might get some random China made drives.

Didn't someone above say they had to DL new drivers in order for it to show up in BIOs?
1. You need sata controller drivers if you're on AHCI/RAID.
2. You have no trouble with other drives on the computer
3. Your motherboard has no other sata controllers except the one provided by nvidia.
SimThe lack of a label on the HD I would find very concerning.
Me too. Care to provide some images to oogle at?
