Performance wise pretty much everybody is the same, although I've heard EO reality is really bad in the usa. I've also had problems with gameservers.com not auto-updating.
If you're looking for the absolute cheapest servers, I believe that's still Thief at Scum.tf.

I thought the 3D transitions made everything look super slick, and the over all feel of the cast felt very professional. I was really happy with the way you guys used my camera, made eXtine and Duder look like professional esports commentators!
I'm still not sure the current score board looks right with the rest of the hud. It fits with the other custom stuff you had going on, but once you get into the the actual game it doesn't seem to fit with the TF2 Hud. It just looked slapped on top, because nothing else on the screen is like it.

ParagonThat sucks Huey, we're going to be arriving at like 10 if I had to guess, on the road now. Does anyone know if the area we're playing in closes at a certain time? Since we're arriving late I dont know if we'll be able to set up and play tonight.
The venue is staffed all night, so you should be fine.

Forgot to mention this earlier, but don't bring wireless headsets and mice if you can help it. I had my blutooth headset last summer and it disconnected constantly, I assume from all the interference with other peoples.
Also still LFT medic.

dashnerjust to expand on this, camera would need an HDMI output. A video capable DSLR is probably the best bet unless someone has a semi-pro video camera lying around.
I have stuff I could technically bring over the border but I'm already pushing my luck bringing possibly three computers and monitors over.
I talked to eXtine about this already, I'll be bringing my video camera that'd I'd be happy to let you guys use. Its a canon HF G20. It's not DSLR but I think it would work.

HyceBeta 4 is on the way, as soon as I can get hammer to stop shitting a chicken and actually compile the damn thing.
Also, who's dick do I have to suck to get some attention to this map?
I know the map is meant for 6v6, but ugc has a group for testing custom maps in HL scrims, you could try to get it in there? No idea if anybody has tried it in hl, but it could work.
