On one hand I met a lot of people who I developed very good friendships with and am happier for having met, on the other hand my face to face social abilities were somewhat stunted by spending so much time online in my early teens. I regret taking tf2 so seriously. If I could go back, I wouldn't tell myself to quit, but I would probably tell myself to just stick to pugging or low scrim teams and to go out more and be more social. TF2 is an amazing game and I've had so much fun with it over the years, but realistically that social stunting continues to affect me years later.
