Keep a high enough sensitivity that you can do a 180 comfortably without lifting your mouse to bring it back, adopt a good weapon switching technique that doesn't force you to scroll your wheel (taking that a step further you can bind all 3 weps to each button of your mouse (1-3) and bind uber and voice to 2 buttons on the side (pretty common these days)), and optionally you can download my HUD tailored for medics http://www.mediafire.com/?k6a44mqazadtg7y.

Dave_ndustAre you guys ever gonna fix grey bridge and porch on spire?What's wrong with the two?
Can't hop up to porch from the ground, and it's almost impossible to get up to grey bridge from below in the far left corner. (looking from choke to batts)

Not at the moment, sorry. That was the result of a Valve update, there's not much anyone can do until they fix it themselves.
