from what i understand that 10k hour figure came from some guy asking the world's top musicians how much they practiced and most of them ballparked around 10k hours, it absolutely does not mean you will become a "master" of your craft after 10k hours
mastery isn't something man can obtain but rather something that man can always get closer towards
