and another thing about the update without consent is that ive actually talked to multiple people about windows 10 upgrading itself and it has never happened because people actually shutdown their computers. might help your electricity bill aswell, because so far ive seen this only happen to those who dont shut down so idk go figure i guess

eeehas anyone else had a positive experience with windows 10? the UI looks nice, the search integration works decently, and I've only encountered bugs with legacy software
yeah, its actually pretty good. everything goes smooth, and the ui is nice and intuitive. TH2 is coming soon so its going to be even better. but as i said, better do a clean install than upgrade.

SpaceGhostsCoffeeCitroMaindupgrading is shit indeed, but a clean install should do you good. do it, its really worth itDarkNecridUpgrading a Windows OS to another Windows OS basically never works out because there's always going to be weird driver/registry errors that occur.
Just clean install, the OS is fine when you do (just turn off p2p Windows Updates because it'll choke your net randomly unless your net is god tier), and you gotta get used to it anyways because Windows 10 is the last Windows OS.
I don't really have a copy of windows 10, so unless I pirate it I don't think I can perform a clean install. I don't really want to give microsoft any of my money.
sildeezyYou can go back to windows 7 easily. Happened to me as well. Google it.I might do this if I can't fix the issues, but since they seem to be rolling hard with windows 10 I'll probably have to upgrade eventually. A good solution until I can clean install I guess
there are apps that can retrieve your windows 7 key and you can use that to activate 10.
