yo, that's my hud aka HamaHud, i really can't be arsed giving it away since it's really unstable, doesn't support any other res than 16:9 (and above lol) and i often get dumb ideas for it and change it (with the help from my main man)
the closest thing would be terminalhud which it's based on but instead of terminal it's supposed to be VHS esque aesthetic
