i hope i can be proven wrong because i don't want my league to suffer from competition being worse due to admins not wanting to be bothered forcing players to reschedule or replay matches :/

No clue what the HUD is called but add hamaham if you really want it. I'm quite certain he is the only person in this game who uses it
cfg is probably the standard blocky textures + LOD bias + dx8 (ask hamaham)
cfg is my own, i also use lod bias and dx8, hud is hamahud which i'll release soonish
