I have that cooler and so far I haven't had any issues with it, just make sure you clean off and re-apply the thermal compound because if there isnt a good enough contact with the paste and the heat spreader then that can also cause some issues, the EVO 212 also comes with a small tube of thermal compound if you dont have any.

yea even back when demo was powerful the scout has always been the main counter to demo since it's so easy to get up close and kill them, and now with the sticky nerf and the medic-buff, which actually compliments a scout holding W (cause now medic can hold W with him) demo is significantly harder to play against a scout (that can aim)

the double jump mechanic literally makes scout what it is and if you combine that with really good aim and 185hp you can literally wreak havoc no matter what league, what division. scout will always be the all time carry class (unless demo/solly gets ultra buffed which is not gonna happen)

it just comes down to aim and your team doing basic damage and space creation for you to secure frags, or even to make plays yourself and take potential 50/50 chance 1v1s (which you shouldnt really take if ur smart anyways)

with lower fps also assuming you are only at 60hz your screen will most likely tear a fuckton and have alot of ghosting on it (unless its a good CRT), you will also constantly receive moderate input lag in your mouse and that greatly hinders your ability to aim and track properly, as someone who used to play on a 60hz lcd and an intel pentium 4 computer (30-50fps avg) going to a computer that can pump out 150-400fps on tf2 with 144hz I can tell you that upgrading your computer should be a priority if you ever want to really go far in comp fps games. the consistency and smoothness of tracking is unreal especially with 144hz
