When i play online my cfg is perfect, but when i switch to an offline game, by myself or against bots it messes up and i get tlr's config, which i downloaded a long time ago. then when i go back online it stays that way
that's pretty much the extent of what happens
things i have tried is:
deleting the config that i think is causing it/making it read only and admin only
renaming downloads/download folder
enabling/disabling steam cloud
and quite a bit more that i can't remember
reinstalling
