If you have an autoexec, include this line in it:

bindtoggle <key> r_drawviewmodel

Replacing <key> with whatever you want to push to turn viewmodels on/off. Alternatively, type this into the console once.

Some things to try:

• In the Start Menu, type Network troubleshooter, and then select Identify and repair network problems from the list of results. Follow the wizard to see if Windows can figure out what's wrong.
  
• Force Windows to reset the Ethernet port. This helped me with some WiFi card problems on another laptop.
  
  1. Disable your wireless network card (WiFi)
     
  2. Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Change Adapter Settings. It should ask for administrator permission.
     
  3. Right-click on the Ethernet and choose Disable
     
  4. Run the Network troubleshooter (see first bullet)
  
  
• Uninstall the network adapter driver. This tends to help with a lot of Windows driver issues.
  
  1. In the Start Menu, type Device Manager, and then select Device Manager from the list of results.
     
  2. In Device Manager, select Network adapters > the network adapter name.
     
  3. Right-click the network adapter, and then select Uninstall > Delete the driver software for this device check box > OK to confirm you want to uninstall it.
     
  4. After uninstalling the driver, select the Start button > Power > Restart.
     After your PC restarts, Windows will automatically look for and install the network adapter driver.
  
  
• Check your BIOS settings on boot. Make sure your Ethernet device is enabled from there.

It's pretty great that he's using git, so at least we can see what the changes are.
Perhaps more descriptive commit messages would be helpful though. For instance, reasoning on why things were changed, or at the very least link to the feedback that caused it.

Can we get a bit more info on how you set it up? What filesystem did you format it with?

Have you tried viewing the files from the command line? I've ever had problems viewing files via Windows Explorer, but they show up from the command line. Just open the folder in Windows Explorer, then type "cmd" into the address bar and hit Enter. Then type "dir", hit Enter, and see if your files show up.

Another thing you can try is to Check your hard disk for errors

Having an installer/updater would be pretty sweet, but tbh I'm content using git to get my updates. Since I've made some customizations to the HUD, every time I pull, git can figure out the merging and maintain my changes for me.

Nevertheless, kudos to trigger for making the installer and blue for his dedication to the coolest HUD.
