#1 aHud HP in Customization

OK, I didn't post this in the Hud editing thread, because it is for quick answers, but I think this is a little more complicated.

I am a user of budhud, by whiskerbuscuit. I have used it for a little over half a year. I really like it, and it is perfect for me.
I was going through huds.tf and I decided to try out aHud, but expecting to go back to budhud, which I didn't.

Budhud is better for me,but the only reason I am using aHud right now, is because of those boxes on buffed HP, and low HP, and Ammo. With aHud, you can choose to use these boxes or just the old fashioned HP Cross.

So, my question is, how do I make these boxes which are not availble for use in budhud, and implement them there.

enigmalower your expectations you're on hotel internet; if your phone is tether-able you could try playing on your 4G/LTE connection for better (though likely still terrible) ping/jitter.
I changed up some shit and made my pc priority, but now, as i see, there are only 2 devices on the wifi, which doesnt make sense, there are like a couple hundred people here, and it aint no shitty hotel either.probably have different routers serving separate areas of the hotel

well i was playing right now around 12-1 AM and i got little lag, some harsh spikes, but over all nice stable 39-30 ping, so not all the time

#1 connection in Q/A Help

alright guys, I am staying at a hotel for the summer.

I get a good dw speed, ul speed, and good ping according to speedtest. but when i play tf2 it gets laggy af.
so i did a ping test, and i got very different ping throught 5 tests, but all had one thing in common, very very high jitter,
then to my luck, i got in the software of the router, because the pw for it was admin. 8)

I changed up some shit and made my pc priority, but now, as i see, there are only 2 devices on the wifi, which doesnt make sense, there are like a couple hundred people here, and it aint no shitty hotel either.

It is in a distance of less than 20 miles of the servers (OC to LA) and i was playing sometimes at 26 ping and sometimes 800 as you will see in the snip of the cmd ping i ran to google.com with a bunch of other stuff. There is a pic of router settings showing how many people are connected, the pc im using right now isnt even listed, so i am sure that it isnt correct.. the other shows how i just tried to turn on mac filtering for only a couple of devices but it didnt do shit anyways so i turned it off because there is only 1 iphone on this entire network, the pc im sending it from can connect to the inet without being in a network, i am god.

1st: why the fuck is the router giving me very incorrect info....
2nd: i dont think there is a possible way to get this kind of a ping in this close distance, dafuq.

please help.

Lol, It is already premade, but I want it just to be for frimary on scout, not all classes :3

Great idea, but i find people get really into those and try to do what ever it takes to get a good KD and scoreso u have these pubs for the exact purpose of trying really hard, but simultaneously you dont want people to be encouraged to try hard?

No, that is not the point, pal. What we are trying to achieve here is a community that has less of people who run around doing nothing, that doesn't mean having fun and going around with the market gardener or cabering folks, it is all for fun and games. We just don't want, with all due respect, "noobs" who just ruin the game.

SpaceCadetEncouraging more experienced players to pub on your server is not a bad idea but this website is almost completely geared towards 6v6 and not a single server you have posted is hosting a 6v6 map.

That said, I realize you don't get any competitive edge from playing a huge pub server but players like myself enjoy warming up against live targets on whatever map we have scrims/matches on for that week. Basically what I am saying is maybe put some 6's maps in your rotation.

Well I am not a server owner, and have no power is adding or changing servers, but i tell all of them to the server owner, but he said that he wanted something different, not just 6v6 maps, like gully, badlands, process, he was focusing on maps that were forgotten by the competative tf2 community.

#1 TF2 Crosshair Help in Customization

Hello.
Does anyone know a way to make a crosshair for TF2. That means I don't want a hud crosshair, I want to make my own crosshair for tf2, that I can put and change using the crosshair switcher in the cfg.

What program should I use, and what I basically want to make is the THICK cross, the one that cyzer uses as scout, but his is a hud one.

fireindaarcadeI'm all for good pub communities, but maps like 2fort, degrootkeep, and dustbowl usually aren't thought of as maps that encourage competitive play, even in a pub setting.

Yeah, but I find if we kept doing badlands or Process it will be boring, i find this to add more "spice" :p

Hello all :3

I would say, like most of people here are more advanced. That is why, my friend and I decided to try out these advanced pubs. Now I know what you are thinking, but hold on for a second.

When I began playing this game almost 4 years ago, I loved it, not that I don't know, but pubs these days, I find annoying to be honest.

Yes, pubs are not serious at all, but when we all began we took them seriously because we didn't know the difference.

So, with this we could have a pub server, that has good players, where you still have to try, and there is room to improve, and not a total joke like Valve/Skial pubs (no offense).

Sure, you might argue that if you wanted to improve or play with better people you can play pickups/lobbies, MGE Mod, or DM. Well, I find it that too much MGE or Death Match gets annoying, and sometimes I feel like playing a pub either because I don't feel like a lobby but also don't feel like getting stormed by hoards of W+M1 random crit pyros.

So just give us a shot, here are our servers:

And please if you have nothing good to say, don't say it and move on.
Remember be respectful to others on the servers, and have fun!
