Uber look customization

Hello everyone! Hope you all are doing fine :3
I am wondering how can I make my screen when ubered a little less strong. By that I mean when a medic uberd me and I am on red, i want the screen to look less red (bassically the opacity..i think) and same thing if im on blu. It is kind of irritating. Any help would be much appreciated!
