It's been three weeks shy of a decade since FROYO won their first invite championship in season 13 of ESEA, all the way back in April of 2013. And for the first time since then, they have failed to win two championships in a row. I've been following the scene for maybe half that time, and playing for what feels like only a moment in comparison. And this is the first time I've been unable to shake the feeling that we're finally entering a new era of competitive TF2. I know that it's been shaky in the past, and I'm sure FROYO and b4nny will win plenty more before the sun finally sets on this beautiful game, but something about this one feels different. Like the spell's finally, actually been broken this time.
I'm really curious to see what all you folks think :)
I was highly entertained, ggs frends :)
