try it, you can find them in some lawena folder. try sv_pure 0 in console, then go to some local server (map cp_badlands or something) and shoot some rockets to make sure the resources are loaded, then go to a regular server (valve casual is sv_pure 2).
you might be able to use them on some community servers that use sv_pure 1 or even 0
