Try 64bit java (you may need to get JRE from the JDK download page) and uninstall all old versions

Also try launching the main .jar file of lawena with the command "java -jar -Xmx1024m [jar file]" (navigate to the folder then type cmd in the address bar to open a command line there) just to make sure.the max heap size is getting set (I don't trust the java control center tbh)

The lootboxes were predatory, make you click like 3 times past paid cosmetics to buy your free rewards

Unfortunately they replaced them with a paid pass system in what's basically a paid game, and it's really disappointing that they've reworked the monetary side of the game multiple times since closed alpha while every other part of the game j can think of has had ducttape fixes or has just been ignored (offensive abilities, bloated menu system, obtuse scoreboard/end of match powerpoint, champion balance).

On top of that the gameplay just feels more sluggish and clunky than any other arena shooter I've played
