Marathon and Weight Training

I've been training for a half marathon.
I am 5'9" and weigh ~140 pounds.
I use the hal higdon training programs, they are great: http://www.halhigdon.com/
As you are able to run 9 miles, I would try and use his endurance training to increase your distance. Make sure that you are taking rest days and ample cross training. Cycling, Swimming, etc.

STV Grabber to automatically extract .ss demo

I was challenged by a friend to create a program to download from an SS link. So you copy the SS link, open the program, hit enter, and everything else is done automatically. It goes to your TF directory by default. I just made it so there is most likely tons of bugs in the code, and if you do get a bug please post it here along with your OS, and x32 or x64.
That's a super cool program, thanks for sharing it!

LFT Scout / Med

FordFrappuccino@frenzyx haha I'm not that new. I have like 320 hours right now. My" main" main is Scout, but I play about as much Demo and Med. That's just because Demo is good for destroying sentries (Which scout isn't) and because being good at medic is a really valuable skill.
But thanks, I'll stick to UGC steel in that case
I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but most of the people on this forum have between 2000 and 6000 hours on this game- which qualifies you as new.
Also, what frenzy said is correct. Try to focus on one class and continue to play tf2center. Newbie pug groups also exist.
Once you have a gretaer understanding of competitive, I would try the mix pugs (pick up games) here: http://pug.champ.gg/
