the flying guillotine is banned in 6s so you're not gonna get many ideas here
also yeah its a projectile so just predict their movement. it comes naturally with playing the game (you could also try playing a projectile class like soldier/demo to get a feel for aiming ahead of people)
Yeah, CTF lends itself to engi/heavy turtling. Maybe if we banned those classes it'd work, but having a class banned in one gamemode and allowed in another isn't a good idea.
KOTH with 9 rounds actually sounds fine to me. It's not like it'd take longer than a 9 round game of 5CP (a good one, anyway). As long as we have a halftime it should be fine.
Their KOTH goes to 9 rounds (5-4).

I've also seen this error in console which I've never seen before:

AFAIK the section in hudlayout.res for this is actually very expansive and gives a lot of options. I haven't experimented with it myself (and most of the values in there are completely unique to that so I have no idea what they do), but it could be worth playing around with.
