I'm flatline from Aliasing Lefty. We're looking for a couple people to round out our S20 roster; namely for Demos/Pockets and Medics with strong calls who want to have fun and play video games. We narrowly missed playoffs in s19 and are looking to make a run for the pennant in S20. Looking for people with a couple seasons of ESEA already under their belt (please have at least a season of open playoffs).

Inspecting works fine for me, but I do see the panel placement differences. The loading icon thing sounds like an item server problem and not a hud one.
The inspect panel is now fixed, but the spectator ones are locked in place and the freezepanel one might extend over the HP. It's just how they work now.
So apparently the Spec HUD bug isn't a bug but an intended thing which breaks every spec hud. Which is going to mess with casts because the only spec huds that work now are horizontal.
This is something we should hit up valve with.

Another addition: the animated character in the bottom left who displays your character is not in sync with the weapon switching, it has a delay.
Yes, read the patch notes. I got rid of it because I didn't like it and it was annoying to re-do every change I made to the main menu to that file. I'll be including a favorite server button in the next update.
Valve made new materials for those, we can't really do anything about it.
AFAIK that's a bug with default as well. CONFIRMED bug with default, wait for valve patch

HOTFIX PART 3: fixed item borders/bgs for custom weps (thanks turbo)
another hotfix released, fixes the inspect panels and redoes the contract panel. uploaded to github.

raysflatlineOK so the newest update basically gave me corrupt files and now I'm stuck in an infinite validation loop. The validation finishes and then TF2 goes back into the queue to re-validate. Should I just restart?
Dealing with the same thing. I tried restarting steam, verifying game files, changing download region, opting into a beta build and restarted my PC all with no luck. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one dealing with this.
I manually verified files and then let it do its thing again and it worked.

...which of course i did. Released another hotfix, fixing the images in the weapon selection screen (thanks dave).
