obe_I'm guessing there's a fix for this and I just don't know it, or maybe it's just a rare issue, but my contract drawer and a bunch of other things just have filler text. Here's a pic. My friend is having the same issue with rayshud and neither of us are seeing people bring it up so it's probably something on our part?
delete tf_english.txt anywhere in your /custom if you have it

which is more or less what i had before tough break
so if you're still ahving problems after opting out of beta and trying -default...update windows?
i still get shit fps on the new maps tho
