PunchyWhere's the res file for the ingame contract overlay? Where it says "1 New contract, press [F2] to view"
If you want to turn it off you can do it in advanced options in the game.

dafuunkhello guys, i updated this version of qtc hud (v. 2.12): http://imgur.com/a/6FwEI#0
with the following changes: http://imgur.com/a/KdJOu
-changed main menu (fluxhud by flux)
-added "damage" and "support" in scoreboard (6v6 and 12v12)
-updated classloadout panel (m0rehud mvm by gunblade)
-added taunt menu and eurekka menu (rayshud by ray)
-added parachute icon
