Yes. Find "chat_english.txt" in your resource folder and add these lines there:

I was putting the AntsHUD in my TF2, but this comes out in the console "Failed to load resource / UI / build_menu / (null)", I'm new to this so I put "hud_reloadscheme", but nothing happened, basically it doesn't load anything in the menu, only the background is displayed, I don't know what to do, I tried to find help and I got to this thread, help :(

Have you copied info.vdf file from hud zip into your custom folder?
Do I have to manually uncomment every part of very low preset if I'm using only autoexec.cfg(comfig.cfg)?
